About the Job - Associate Business AnalystClient Interaction(Training and Implementation and other solutions)Provide Training to clients about how to use the solution and get the desired output. (Onsite and Offsite) Helping configure the system to generate rules and alerts. Understanding the client's needs and objectives. Writing business requirements Testing / help test the new requirements to ensure it meets the client's objectives. Helping / preparing release notes/user manual of the new features developed. Preparing process flows, wireframes & mockups. Tracking Projects Ensuring the implementation of the solution is on track and coordinating with other teams if it gets delayed.Must Have: Excellent Communication skills, both written and Verbal Self-Driven Persistent & willingness to perform under pressure

Job Profile:You are supposed to work with the Sales & Product team jointly on various channels.This includes the below mentioned, but it is not limited to: Develop, implement, and manage the lead generation and prospect sourcing programs for India, SA & USA, specifically for our TrackWizz Customer On boarding and TrackWizz Anti Money Laundering products to drive new revenue generation by providing high quality B2B leads to the Sales Team Lead participation in virtual and physical events including pre-event promotion, audience engagement strategy, and post-event nurture Helping plan customer engagement and brand retention with existing customers. Measuring the impact of the marketing initiatives Responsible for developing GTM strategies along with the Sales and Product Team for India and outside India Setting standards and processes which will aid in improving the brand positioning through all communication channels Plan events / seminars based on specific themes Continuously self-educate with the financial services landscape and new regulations and compliances & conducting marketing research to identify new revenue opportunities Passionate about the space of marketing and clued-in campaigns, brands in the category and outside of it
