Outbound Calling: Contacting potential or existing customers to sell products or services.Inbound Calls: Responding to calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.Lead Generation: Identifying new prospects and developing a list of potential clients.Sales Pitch: Presenting product or service information in a clear and persuasive manner.Follow-up: Ensuring that leads are followed up in a timely manner, maintaining relationships with potential clients.Closing Sales: Negotiating and closing deals by finalizing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting interactions.
