QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years.SALARY: As per company standards.Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil NaduThe Fitter will assist in the maintenance of machinery such as Dehumidifier, Chiller, and other such mechanical machines. This position will require a Mechanical or Electrical diploma and laboratory equipment experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:*Assemble, install, and test new equipment according to provided specifications.*Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on existing equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.*Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment, identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.*Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety guidelines.*Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and technical staff to understand their requirements and provide technical support.*Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and modifications.*Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations while working with machinery and toolsQualification and Skills*Proven experience as a fitter or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.*Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment used in the battery manufacturing industry.*Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.*Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work in compliance with relevant regulations.
