Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.Conduct site investigations, analyze data (e.g., soil tests, topographical maps), and assess environmental impact.Create blueprints and technical drawings using CAD software.Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines.Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.Oversee and supervise construction work and project execution.Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.Perform risk analysis and provide solutions to engineering challenges.Monitor project progress and report to senior management

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and hands-on experience at construction sites.Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.Interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring the accuracy of site execution.Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.Plan and schedule work activities, manpower, and resources efficiently.Inspect site conditions to determine appropriate construction methods.Ensure materials used and work performed meet quality standards.Maintain records of daily site activities, progress, and project issues.Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and problems that may arise.Ensure site safety regulations are strictly followed.Liaise with local authorities for site inspections and permits, as requiredFamiliarity with surveying tools and techniques.Experience in infrastructure, road, or commercial/residential building projects.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintBased on-site with regular travel between project locations.Requires wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
