Job Description:True Fit Gourmet Cafe in Bandra is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Barista to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our valued customers while leading and supporting our team of baristas.Responsibilities:Craft high-quality espresso-based beverages, pour-over coffees, teas, and other specialty drinks according to True Fit Gourmet Cafe's standards.Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and recommending menu items based on customer preferences.Demonstrate expertise in operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment & other primary cafe equipment.Train and mentor junior baristas in the art of coffee preparation, customer service, and cafe operations. Doing weekly Audits & following of regular SOPs for the brand.Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management & purchase team to ensure an adequate supply of all raw materials is there at the cafe during all operational days.Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the cafe, including the coffee preparation area, equipment, and dining areas & personal presentation + grooming of the entire floor team.
