Step 1:- We are planning to select 8 fresher from college campus who will be hired for iPhone App development / Android App development / Web development (Node JS & angular JS) + QA



Step 2:- There will be a 2 months training for all of them and by the end of this phase they have to complete a certification. We will pay for it. As a stipend candidates will also get 4000 p/m.



Step 3:- After certification, they will be enrolled as junior developer with our company and will get 8000 p/m for next 10 months.
