We are seeking an experienced Tiles Mason to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in tile installation and repair, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.Key responsibilities include:- **Tile Installation:** Expertly laying tiles on floors, walls, and ceilings according to design specifications, ensuring proper alignment and spacing. - **Surface Preparation:** Preparing surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives to ensure optimal tile adhesion and durability.- **Precision Cutting:** Using hand tools and tile-cutting machines to cut tiles to required dimensions, ensuring clean and accurate cuts for a professional finish.- **Grouting and Sealing:** Applying grout between tiles after installation and sealing edges to protect against moisture damage and enhance the finished appearance.- **Quality Control:** Inspecting completed work for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.Required skills include a strong understanding of various tile types and installation techniques, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans. The candidate should possess good problem-solving skills and be capable of working independently as well as part of a team. A commitment to safety and adherence to guidelines in a construction environment is essential. The role requires a male candidate who has completed at least the 10th grade.
