We are seeking an analytical and creative merchandiser to develop and implement merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including buyers, suppliers, and retail staff, to optimize inventory management and customer engagement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMerchandising Strategy Development: Plan and develop effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.Coordinating with Buyers & Vendors: A candidate should have good coordinating skills.Making presentations- for respective clients as per requirements Market Analysis: Analyze sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to determine product needs and make informed decisions.Inventory Management: Maintain and track inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked and organized on shelves.Promotional Activities: Implement and manage promotional campaigns, price changes, and markdowns to boost sales.Collaboration: Work closely with retail staff to ensure they are informed about product details and promotions.Business Development - Planning from receiving orders to final dispatchment.

Responsibilities may include organizing and managing files, acting as receptionists, scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting other staff with organizational tasks.
