Having Openings in VMC ,CNC-Universal grinding & CNC- ID /OD Grinding I. Job Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a safe and clean work space 2. Follow established safety rules and regulations3. Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different types of precision jobs 4. Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company5. Carry out production, inspection and machine operation duties 6. Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality7. Completion of jobs within the estimated time & quality guidelines8. Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available 9. Communicate issues that arise in the process of machining a part10. Selection of appropriate tools as per the program sheet11. Qualification of machined jobs as per the drawing requirementII. Required Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma III. Required Work Experience: Technical Skills 2years and more (A) Technical Skills 1 Exposure in the manufacturing industries 2. Knowledge on manufacturing Drawings and standards 3. Knowledge on Process and machining 4. Knowledge & skilled on measuring instruments 5.
