As a Tellecaller, your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls, maintaining records in Microsoft Excel, using your convincing power to promote products or services, utilizing computer skills for data entry, providing voice support to customers, and engaging in tele marketing activities. We are looking for a female candidate with 1-3 years of experience, who is a 12th pass, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role is full-time and requires the candidate to work from the office location in Kankarbagh, Patna.
