This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive at Suhana Beulah Hotels & Resorts International. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the Marketing Department in line with the companys corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.The role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotels marketing and communication activities. This includes advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics, and marketing collateral. The Marketing Executive will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support business goals and improve the hotels visibility in local, national, and international markets.

Delivering quality service on projects to help ensure we are on schedule and within budget.Applying intensive and diversified knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices across a variety of assignments.Creating and refining unique design solutions to complex engineering problems.Acting as lead project engineer responsible for finalizing drawings and documents.Serving as an advisor for the structural team to consult when using advanced techniques, providing supervision and guidance related to project objectives, critical issues, policy matters, new concepts, and unusual problems / developments.COORDINATION & COLLABORATIONPlanning, developing, coordinating, and directing a single medium to large engineering project or multiple smaller, more complex projects with overall responsibility for the budget, schedule, and quality control as well as multidisciplinary coordination.Defining the project scope of work breaking it down into smaller, manageable tasks and milestones for the teamand presenting project progress regularly to the client to ensure satisfaction with delivery along the way.Contributing to business development, proposal, and pursuit efforts as well as the provision of technical consulting services to clients.QualificationsFull time Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.10-15 years of relevant project experience.Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.At least eight years of related experience, including site / civil land development aspects like layout, grading, drainage, utility design, and erosion sediment control in commercial, manufacturing/industrial, or institutional markets.Must be able to meet delivery schedules and budgets on multiple concurrent projects.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
