Job Description:We are looking for a fresher to join our production team in biofertilizer manufacturing. The role involves assisting in the production process, including microbial culture preparation and fermentation. This is a great opportunity for someone new to the field to gain hands-on experience in a production environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing microbial cultures for biofertilizer production.Help operate fermentation equipment and monitor production processes.Prepare media and materials required for large-scale microbial fermentation.Monitor and record production parameters (e.g., temperature, pH) during fermentation.Perform basic quality checks on products during and after production.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.Willingness to learn about production processes and equipment.Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.Basic knowledge of microbial handling is a plus.Salary: Entry-levelApplication Process: Interested candidates can submit their CV and cover letter to anupam@torusbiosciences.com
