Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to prospects, conducting engaging conversations, and providing detailed information about our programs to encourage enrollment.Key Responsibilities:Prospect Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with potential candidates through phone calls and other communication channels.Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with candidates to understand their educational and career objectives.Program Promotion: Provide clear and compelling information about Topmentors programs, services, and benefits to prospective students.Conversion: Convert prospects into admissions by addressing their queries, overcoming objections, and guiding them through the enrollment process.Customer Support: Offer ongoing support and assistance to candidates throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in our CRM system.
