S : , : - (-): We are looking for a Senior Executive Human Resources to join our HR team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for driving HR operations, implementing people strategies, and ensuring a healthy and compliant work environment.The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational growth through effective HR policies, employee engagement, and process improvements. Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes.Support the implementation of HR policies, performance management, and compliance procedures.Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement initiatives.Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for various departments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and MIS reports.Ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR practices with organizational goals. & Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and documentation.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Services or a similar industry.Male candidates preferred.Immediate joiners will be given priority.
