Job Title: Dental Technician - 3D Printing & FinishingDepartment: Dental LaboratorySummary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Technician with 0-1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental laboratory procedures and a proven ability to work efficiently and accurately. This role will focus on utilizing Formlabs stereolithography (SLA) 3D printers for the production of dental restorations, as well as post-processing, curing, and finishing techniques.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate and maintain Formlabs SLA 3D printers according to established protocols and safety guidelines.Prepare 3D printing files, ensuring accurate model orientation and support structure generation.Perform post-processing procedures, including cleaning, curing, and finishing of 3D-printed dental restorations to a high standard of accuracy and polish.Inspect finished restorations for accuracy, fit, and quality, adhering to strict quality control standards and company protocols.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety regulations and best practices.Assist senior technicians with more complex tasks as needed, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with the latest 3D printing technologies and dental techniques.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time tracking.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Qualifications:0-1 year of experience as a dental technician or equivalent training (e.g., dental assisting program).Strong understanding of dental laboratory procedures and terminology.Experience with 3D printing technologies, particularly SLA, is highly desirable but not required (training will be provided).Ability to work independently and as part of a team, con
