Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Prepare/ assist in the preparation of cross-border consolidated financial statements. Oversee the preparation of tax returns, VAT filings, and other statutory obligations in line with the current tax laws and regulations. Monitor cash flow, financial trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in strategic decision-making. Supervise and ensure the implementation of internal controls to safeguard the companys financial assets. Review and improve accounting procedures and systems for efficiency and compliance. Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits. Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Handle complex accounting queries and provide financial insights to senior management. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closings. Build strong relationships with vendors, bankers and other stake holders. Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Paid Advertising Expertise: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI). Develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing materials to attract viewers and drive conversions. Conduct indepth competitor analysis and market research to identify new campaign opportunities and target audiences. Analyze campaign performance data across all platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to identify areas for optimization and generate insightful reports. Stay up to date on the latest advertising platforms, features, and best practices. Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and informative content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts) that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals. Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, content) to create highquality content that resonates with target audiences.
