Should have hands-on experience in Solid Works. At least 1 years of Experience in SolidWorks is a must (minimum in Modelling, Assembly & Drafting modules). CAD skills to develop from concept to final design and manufacturing drawings DFM/DFA, Tolerance Analysis, Material Selection Proficient in BOM creation/change management Experience in Team centre PLM software Should be able to work on Mechanical design assignments in collaboration with other Engineers and site PEs Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Extensive working knowledge of Generalized Engineering, Modelling & Drafting Understanding the application of materials in product design about the Life Cycle and reliability. A good understanding of manufacturing processes, tools and methods is also required.
