Job Description:Tirupati Poly Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated accountant to manage our daily financial transactions and stock records efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, punctual, and capable of handling responsibilities with professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, ledger entries, and reconciliations.Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including tracking inventory inflow and outflow.Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and statements as needed.Use Tally and Excel for financial data entry, reporting, and analysis.Ensure timely compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Assist in audits and prepare necessary documentation.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial and inventory operations.Requirements:Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.Strong understanding of accounting principles and stock management.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
