JOB - Looking for experienced female candidate for back office sales executive.Responsibilities :1. Preparing quotations / purchase orders / proforma invoices / sales orders2. Handling emails3. Converting enquiries / Leads to orders4. Assisting in day to day office work5. Co ordination with clients6. Handling emails and replying to mails independently7. Preparing sales report on daily basis and follow up of the same8. Preparing MIS for sales9. Should have good written and verbal communication in English10. Assisting and supporting management11. Generating leads thru mailers12. Having basic knowledge of Photoshop for editing catalogues etc will be added advantage13. Good command in MS officeNOTE : * THIS VACANCY IS FOR BACK OFFICE* TIMINGS - 9.30 AM TO 6 PM* 6 DAYS A WEEK WORKING* SALARY + INCENTIVES + YEARLY BONUS
