- Handling enquiries and leads generated through various sources viz. webinars, seminars, online campaigns, database etc.- Handling online academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents through telephone, video calls and othermediums.- Handling admission test and interview.- Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.- Responsible for getting online admission form filled and collecting soft copies of relevant documents.- Maintaining daily calling target and lead preposition.- Responsible for collecting initial admission amount.- Handling MIS system and sharing reports on time.- Responsible for achieving individual admission targets.- Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual student admission targets
