Offer suggestions for activities, dining, and local attractions to enhance the travel experience.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their travel experience meets or exceeds expectations.Market Research: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments. Continuously update knowledge of travel products and services to offer the best recommendations.Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records of client bookings, transactions, and communications. Process payments and handle any necessary documentation.
