The primary function of the Executive Assistant is to provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior management, as needed. This position will support a variety of administrative activities. Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and spreadsheets. Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization. Conduct research and compile data as requested by executives. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
