Senior Associates For Litigation DepartmentPositions: 2 (Two) of Legal AssociatePQE: 6+ years in LitigationQualification: Bachelors in lawSkillsExcellent writing and speaking skills in English and ability to present and discuss Litigation related matters clearly and concisely.Exceptional Court Arguments and Presentation skillsExcellent organizational and Leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments with junior associates, and prioritise simultaneously.Possess exceptional knowledge of procedural and substantive civil lawsAdapt in the interpretation of various laws and statutes.Drafting.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review and finalize assigned cases with minimal supervision.Apply legal principles and draw on experience to formulate and suggest actions toward solving problems faced by the client.Perform legal research to resolve legal issues and determine the appropriate course of action regarding a particular issue/case.Assist and brief Senior Partner in the allocated matters.Ability to represent and argue matters against elite counterparts as well as other allocated matters.Coordinate with other associates on matters to ensure timely completion of work.Handle day-to-day client requirements.Review documents/ work submitted by Junior Associates from time to time under proper guidance.Perform other duties as and when assigned or required.Requirements: Excellent Expertise in Civil law and Basic experience in Criminal Law.Salary Package : 6 LPA (Based on Experience)Interested applicants can send their
