Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate 2D shop drawings, erection drawings, and fabrication details for PEB structures using AutoCAD- Read and interpret input design drawings- Edit fabrication and erection drawings- Manage a team of detailers and extract work- Perform basic modeling, member placement, and Basic GA- Prepare final package for client, including nesting files, reports, and drawings

Manage store handling, indent preparation, receipts & issues, material inspection, storage,and handling. Prepare and maintain the monthly store reconciliation statement. Take overall responsibility for all store functions, ensuring smooth operations. Maintain strict control over inventory to minimize wastage. Keep records of returnable andnon-returnable goods. Ensure book vs. physical stock reconciliation is accurate. Take timely action to control or liquidate slow-moving and non-moving items.

Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedules and resource plans with project managers. Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams. Monitor progress and adjust plans to mitigate delays. Technical ExecutionInterpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and BIM models: Supervise erection of steel structures, roofing (metal sheets, cladding, insulation), and concreteelements. Ensure compliance with AISC, ASCE, AWS, and local building codes.Quality Control: Conduct inspections of materials (e.g.,steel grades, welding) and structural integrity. Implement testing protocols (e.g., load tests, leak checks).Safety Management: Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols. Lead toolbox talks and safety audits. Client & Stakeholder Communication
