The role involves handling logistics coordination for import, export, and domestic shipments including documentation and dispatch operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain management within a fast-growing technology company.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and prepare documents for the inward and outward movement of materials, parts, and finished products.Prepare dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and shipment details.Track consignments and follow up with courier or transport partners for timely delivery.Support service teams with spare parts logistics and returns.Assist in stock audits, physical verification, and monthly inventory reports.Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
