We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure every client enjoys a world-class experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSalon OperationsOversee day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioningMaintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentationManage scheduling, staff rosters, and appointment flowEnsure compliance with salon policies, SOPs, and brand standardsInventory & Vendor ManagementManage stock levels, product usage, and orderingCoordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurementMinimize wastage and control operational costsQualifications & SkillsProven experience as a Salon Manager or Assistant Salon ManagerStrong leadership and people-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesSound knowledge of salon services, trends, and productsSales-driven mindset with business acumenProficiency in salon software and basic reportingAbility to multitask and perform under pressurePreferred Experience36 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, or luxury service industryExperience managing premium or high-end salons is an advantage
