Job Title: Relationship Manager Motor Insurance (Commercial Insurance)Location: Corporate Park, Sanjay Place AgraDepartment: InsuranceJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to oversee the developmentand expansion of our network of agents specializing in motor insurance for commercial vehicles.The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding existing agents,developing effective insurance policies, and ensuring strong relationships through regularcommunication and support. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communicationskills who can convince and motivate agents to collaborate closely with our company.Key Responsibilities: Agent Identification & Onboarding:o Research and identify potential agents who currently deal with motor insurancefor commercial vehicles.o Develop strategies to onboard these agents into the companys network.o Assess and analyse agents performance to ensure alignment with companyobjectives.Relationship Management: Regularly communicate with agents to maintain strong relationships and ensure theirneeds are met. Convince and motivate agents to prioritize and promote our companys motorinsurance products. Address and resolve any issues or concerns agents may have in a timely manner.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field Good Communication Skills.Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
