Hostel Maintenance/Administration: Residential Hostel Wardens are responsible for the maintenance of the hostel accommodation, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety measures. Student supervision: They keep a close eye on the behavior and activities of the students living in the hostels, and should be able to handle any potential disciplinary issues.(RESIDENTIAL HOSTEL WARDENS)For female residential wardens : Accommodation and messing insideFor male wardens : Have to make their own arrangements

Bachelors degree in civil Engineer and having minimum of 5 to 6 years of Experience in construction industry. The scope of Sr. Engineer (Civil) is planning, designing, estimation, and preparation of BOQ, Checking of vendor bills, supervising of works, managing the manpower and maintenance of structures of structures like buildings, roads, etc.

Sr Engineer (Electrical) with a strong background in designing and developing electrical system. As a Sr. Electrical Engineer is responsibility for overseeing the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and ensuring that they meet industry standards. Preparation of Electrical BOQ and Checking of Electrical Bills.

5 to 6 years of industrial experience in the maintenance of STP and hydraulic system. Knowledge in the preparation of BOQ and checking of the Bills.

To oversee the implementation and maintenance of water and piping systems in buildings and from water supply to sanitation, drainage. Troubleshooting drainage issues and recommending long-term solutions.
