Hiring HR Executive for a company which is provides Web Development, Cloud Development and SEO services. They are currently looking for a energetic and creative person to join their HR team in Chennai.The following will the the roles & responsibilities- Must be able to assist Recruitment to exit process and maintain the MIS Report- Compile, update and archive employee records- Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing / recruitment, training, maintain attendance/ leaves/Overtime/night shift allowance, Handle Employee grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)- Deal with employee requests & clarifications regarding human resources policy.Handbook, rules, and regulations- Assist the accounts department in payroll preparation by providing relevant attendance data on time.- Handle grievances and escalate to management when necessary.- Conduct initial orientation program for new employees- Conduct exit interviews of departing employees- Monitor Bio-Metric Reports- Conducting employee engagement activities regularly- Assist in EHS activities/ compliance- Assist during recruitment (Obtain CV's, facilitate interviews, process initial paperwork)An ideal candidate must satisfy the following criteria Must be a Graduate, MBA (preferred)Work Experience - 2 to 5 yearsWork Location: Sholinganallur, ChennaiShift: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)Notice period: Immediate joiner / 15 days
