We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant(EA) to support senior leadership. The role demands professionalism, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing executive schedules, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.This position requires working with Rahul Jain BCIs principles of clarity, discipline, and ownership, ensuring that every task is performed with excellence and integrity.Key Responsibilities:Manage email inbox (Outlook/Gmail) monitor, learn your responses, and take over emailing in 15 - 30 days.Maintain Delegation sheet track all tasks given to team with deadlines.Coordinate with teams and clients on your behalf.Take responsibility for personal tasks (reservations, household coordination, errands).Handle research work collect, summarize, and prepare information for your review.Answer forwarded calls and give appropriate responses.Follow up with staff on tasks and deadlines using agreed scripts.Act as your filter and shield so you focus on decision-making, not execution.Weeks 1- 2: Observation phase study your emails, calls, tasks.__Weeks 3 - 4: Begin handling routine tasks & delegation sheet.__Weeks 5 - 6: Take over emailing, follow-ups, and research.Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Draft, review, and manage presentations, and confidential documents.Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of commitments.Coordinate across departments to drive smooth communication and workflow.Maintain discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information.Support in business development activities, vendor communication, and client relations.Provide project support and complete ad-hoc assignments with ownership.
