Ideal candidates will be in their second or final year of graduation, majoring in Communications/Public Relations, Marketing or Advertising.Interns would be assigned to the Influencer Relations department to support agency operations.Responsibilities- 1. Identify fitting content creators/influencers for campaigns based on project briefs and provide creator POVs to the department.2. Stay informed of the latest influencer and digital culture trends, sharing relevant news or ideas with internal teams.3. Responsible for Data Curation of influencers belonging to various Categories.4. Assist with campaign reporting and track performance metrics for creator posts.5. Identifying and collating list of content creators/ influencers across social platforms.6. Creating and maintaining a database of these influencers with data metrics like engagement, subscribers etc.7. Identifying up and coming talents on all social channels.8. Helping out team members to reach out to influencers as and when required for the ongoing campaigns. Duration & Working Hours -Working Hours - 11am - 7pmBenefits - If performed well, the intern would be receiving Internship certificate and Letter Of Recommendation (LOR).Skills And Qualifications - 1. Strong research skills to identify potential influencers and track industry trends.2. Understands digital media trends on platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, etc and understands the creator landscape in India.3. Has the ability to learn and support teams to help meet short deadlines.4. Quick and enthusiastic learner, eager to research and learn.5. You have strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.6. Good with google sheets and basic excel knowledge.

Job Description - We are looking for a smart, reliable, and passionate Production Intern to support our Production Head in the end-to-end execution of branded video shoots. From pre-production planning and casting coordination to on-ground shoot management and post-production documentation, this role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about filmmaking, advertising, and storytelling.Roles & Responsibilities - 1. Pre-Production SupportResearch and shortlist relevant shoot locations based on the script and visualsAssist in preparing shot divisions, prop lists, and visual narrativesMaintain documentation, including shoot briefs, PPM decks, and production trackers2. Casting CoordinationSupport in identifying and shortlisting models/actors based on the scriptCoordinate with talent and manage availability logsEnsure seamless alignment between script requirements, creative vision, and talent3. Scheduling & Resource PlanningCreate and maintain detailed shoot schedules and call sheetsTrack the availability of external crew like freelance DoPs, directors, and more4. On-Ground Production AssistanceAssist during recce, set preparation, and shoot-day logisticsCoordinate between the crew, talent, and production departmentsSupport the camera team (basic camera knowledge is a plus)Skills & Requirements - 1. Knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and other G-Suite tools.2. Strong interest in ad film or video production.3. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.4. Willingness to travel for shoots and recces. 5. Basic Knowledge of editing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.6. Prior experience assisting on shoots (college projects, internships, freelance).7. Understanding of roles on a commercial shoot (DoP, AD, Line Producer, etc.).8. Camera handling experience or general tech-savviness on set.9. A strong passion for storytelling, visual communication, and the ad world.
