1.Maintain 300 employees database files.2.Maintain attendance pan India, Leave, Resignation & due records on daily basis.3.Recruitment - job posting, coordinate for interview round.4.Handle the queries of the employees pertaining to the PF & ESIC.5.Joining and orientation formalities for new joining.
