The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, administering employee benefits and compensation, managing performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in human resources managementKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsExperience in recruitment and onboarding processesExperience in administering employee benefits and compensationBachelors degree in human resources, business management, or a related fieldProficient in MS Office suite and HRISAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAdditional experience in employee relations, training and development, and data analysis would be beneficial.
