The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing internal processes, and ensuring efficient delivery of content. This role will require strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement operational strategies. Pay Scale: 450,000/ annumDays: Mon to Fri ( 5 days a week)Mode: Onsite (Bengaluru-Jayanagar )Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pmResponsibilities:Conceptualize and create engaging visual designs for digital and multimedia projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, advertising campaigns, social media graphics, website layouts, and presentations.Lead and mentor a team of freelance graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and objectives, and to effectively translate them into visually compelling designs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our design processes to maintain a competitive edge.Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their professional growth and development.Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and channels, and enforce brand guidelines and standards throughout the organization.Act as a primary point of contact between the design team and clients or stakeholders, presenting design concepts and proposals, incorporating feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional t
