We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Ambala, India. This role is ideal for recent graduates, freshers or those with up to 3 years of experience. No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome to apply.Must have : Completed B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from any recognised University / institute.Key Responsibilities:1. **Manage Daily Operations**: You will work as a Manager of the Testing Centre. You will Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the testing centre to ensure smooth functioning..2. **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Conduct periodic checks and inspection of machinery and identify any issues, implementing necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and durability.3. **Documentation**: Prepare daily sales reports, make bills and any other documentation work related to the centre ensuring all information is accessible and clear.4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with technicians and provide guidance and technical support to them if required for smooth process.5. **Troubleshooting**: Analyze and resolve mechanical problems if any, providing timely solutions to maintain optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate should possess a basic understanding of mechanical engineering skills and basic computer knowledge.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.Well behaved and well spoken candidate with good communication skills in Hindi and English both. Should write and speak Hindi and atleast write English.Additionally, the candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks on time.A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
