Roles & Responsibilities:Perform civil field testing at site as per standardsHandle Pile Load Testing (Static & Dynamic)Conduct Plate Load Test (PLT) for soil bearing capacityPerform NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) like Rebound Hammer & UPV TestAssist in geotechnical testing and site investigation worksEnsure proper equipment handling, calibration & maintenancePrepare and submit test reports & site documentationCoordinate with clients, site engineers, and lab teamManage and coordinate site labour (skilled & unskilled), ensuring availability as per project requirements and smooth daily operations.Monitor labour productivity, maintain attendance/records, and communicate clear work instructions to the team.Qualification: Diploma / B.E Civil Engineering/ITIExperience: Fresher / 0-6YearsSalary: 16,000 to 30000 ( base on experience and interview performance)Working Hours: 9 Hours
