Provide online psychological counseling and crisis intervention through chat, voice, or video calls. Assess clients mental health and emotional well-being, offering guidance and therapeutic support. Develop coping strategies and actionable solutions tailored to each client's unique situation. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions. Work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive counseling. Document client interactions and maintain proper case records. Collaborate with the qCrisis team for training, case discussions, and continuous improvement.Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, therapy, or crisis intervention. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English to cater to diverse clients. Technical Skills: Comfortable using online counseling platforms, telehealth tools, and documentation software. Certifications (Preferred): Licensed or registered psychologist/counselor is a plus.
