Responsibilities:Lead Qualification: Assess leads generated from marketing campaigns to identify potential sales opportunities.Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through various methods, including cold calls and emails, to initiate meaningful communication.Company Presentation: Effectively represent our SaaS solution to potential prospects, showcasing our products and services.Needs Assessment: Identify the unique needs and preferences of prospects and recommend suitable products and services to address those needs. Ability to demonstrate product with value proposition.Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects, ensuring a strong qualification of leads as sales opportunities.Business Development: Proactively explore new business opportunities in the market, staying attuned to industry trends and competitor offerings.Sales Meetings: Arrange meetings or calls between prospective customers and our Sales Executives to facilitate the sales process.Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales results, progress, and key performance metrics.Requirements:Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with a range of sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas.Experience working with any ERP or CRM or Enterprise software.Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, or any related field.Completion of relevant coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication is advantageous.Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and mathematical skills
