Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scripts primarily in PowerShell and VBS for automation tasks.Manage and optimize RMM platforms such as Rewst, ConnectWise Automate, and ImmyBot.Create and deploy automated workflows to streamline IT operations.Support multi-OS environments: Windows, macOS, and Linux.Implement and manage RPA automation solutions.Integrate and automate ticketing, monitoring, and alerting systems with PSA tools like Autotask PSA and Halo PSA.Troubleshoot and improve automation processes, ensuring reliability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized automation solutions.Required Skills:Expert-level PowerShell scripting (required).Strong knowledge of RMM tools (ConnectWise, Rewst, ImmyBot, others).Proficiency with automation across Windows, Mac OS, and Linux systems.Experience with workflow automation and RPA technologies.Familiarity with PSA systems (Autotask PSA, Halo PSA).Ability to write and troubleshoot VBS scripts.Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience developing in other languages (Python, Bash) is a plus.Certification in ConnectWise, Rewst, or similar platforms.
