Serve as the point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow. Handle external correspondence, such as emails, calls, and official letters. Assist HR with onboarding processes, training coordination, and administrative support. Monitor budgets related to administrative tasks and propose cost-effective solutions.

Web Designer Responsibilities: Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. Designing sample pages including colours and fonts. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure. Testing and improving the design of the website. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards. Working with different content management systems.Web Designer Requirements: Proficiency in graphic design software including FIGMA, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools. Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript. Good understanding of content management systems. Good understanding of search engine optimization principles. Excellent visual design skills. Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
