Should have experience in Virtualization, VMware, Hyper-V Setting Up User Accounts and Profiles on the Network Installing Updates, known as Patches, To Software Application Diagnosing and Fixing Network Problems and Hardware or Software Faults Keeping A Record of issues and Faults along with Solutions for future reference Troubleshooting of Computers, Printers, OS Installation, Identifying Defective Parts in Desktop, Laptop Such as RAM, Processor, SMPS, and Replacing it Should have computer knowledge and proficiency with MS Office & Outlook Creates and presents regular performance and work reports Should have proper co-ordination with colleagues Candidate should be Hardworking, Committed, Loyal, Self-exposure, work savvy and Presentable Candidate have to wear formal dress during working hour compulsoryQualification and Experience:Experience: 1-year minimum (in IT)Education: GraduateLocation : Vadodara (Gujarat)Vacancy : 2 Male (Vehicle Preferred)Salary : As Per Industry Standards

Phone handling, Calls management, Call assigning, planning and follow up, Calls entering in CRM, Quote preparation, Inward outward of material, Material purchase and delivery plan, Other back office related work. Answer phones and greet and direct visitors appropriately Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook, CRM software Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Deal with customer complaints or issues Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic Tally knowledge

Preparation and processing of invoices, balance sheet reconciliations, Daily bank reconciliations, voucher entry, Vendor invoice entry,, payment follow up, payment planning. online banking, E-wat bill and other important account related work, Raising Purchase Orders for distribution, manage all accounting transactions, outstanding ledger to be send to client in Mail Strong knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is essential. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance Preparing analyses of accounts and producing weekly and monthly reports Daily Work reporting as per required
