We have 800 employees working with us.What you'll do-Responsibilities- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.- Maintaining a CRM database.- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Participating in sales team meetings.Requirements:* Excellent customer service and sales skills.* Strong verbal and written communicator.* Excellent phone and presentation skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.* Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.Experience - 1-5 yrsWorking hours : 10am to 7pm ( 6 days working) Sat & Sun mandatory workingHoliday : Rotational off.Female Candidate onlyLanguages : Marathi , Hindi , Gujarati (Gujarati preferred)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.Benefits- PFPay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per monthWork Location: Navi Mumbai (nearby station)If you are interested please share your updated cv on anuja.ughadetechclinic.co.in
