Telecaller Responsibilities:Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.Noting important details of each conversation.Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.Telecaller Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.Computer literate.Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.Superb verbal communication.Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons on Biology as per curriculum (ICSE/CBSE/State/NEET prep if required).Teach topics such as human anatomy, plants, animals, environment, and ecosystems.Use experiments, models, and practical demonstrations to make learning interactive.Assess student understanding through tests, assignments, and projects.Encourage participation in science fairs, group discussions, and lab activities.Maintain discipline and a positive classroom atmosphere.Provide guidance for higher studies and competitive exams (if applicable).Stay updated with new developments in science education.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors/Masters degree in Biology, Botany, Zoology, or Life Sciences.B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.Prior teaching experience (school/institute/home tuition) is an advantage.Strong knowledge of biology concepts and practical applications.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Patience, passion for teaching, and ability to motivate students.

Mathematician Responsibilities:Expand mathematical knowledge by developing new principles.Recognize previously unknown relationships between mathematical principles.Create models to resolve practical problems in fields such as business, engineering and science.Develop computational methods and computer codes.Compare inferences derived from models with observations or experiments.Develop new mathematical theories, concepts and rules in areas such as algebra and geometry.Use theories to solve problems in science, business and engineering.Decide what data is required to answer specific questions or problems.Interpret data and report conclusions from this analysis.Use data to support and improve business decisions.Mathematician Requirements:Bachelors degree in mathematics or related (essential).2 years of work experience as a mathematician (essential).Expert experience in mathematical and statistical modeling.Sound understanding of mathematical principles.Ability to develop mathematical models.Ability to provide support for mathematical queries.Ability to research and develop new tools and processes.Automate and streamline processes.Build generic solutions to improve the accuracy of future math solutions.Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and IT skills.
