As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. You will assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.Key responsibilities include attending to customer queries promptly, providing accurate information about products and services, addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, and maintaining customer records and interactions for future reference.The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to remain calm under pressure, good problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. A 12th pass qualification is required, and previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory. This full-time position is based in Gama, Giga Space IT Park, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, and requires the successful candidate to work from the office.
