Teach English Language and Literature to students of Grades VI to X as per CBSE curriculum.Plan and deliver effective, engaging, and student-centric lessons.Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and error-free study material as per school guidelines.Integrate grammar in a contextual manner and focus on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.Use digital tools / e-content / smart classroom resources for effective teaching.Conduct periodic assessments, evaluate answer sheets, and maintain academic records.Provide individual attention and remedial support to students when required.Participate actively in school activities, assemblies, exhibitions, Annual Day, and academic planning.Coordinate with Subject In-charge / Team Leader and follow academic instructions issued by the school.Maintain discipline, positive classroom environment, and uphold school values and ethos.Communicate effectively with parents during meetings regarding students progress.Eligibility Criteria:Graduate/Post Graduate in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).Minimum 23 years of teaching experience at secondary level (CBSE preferred).Excellent command over spoken and written English.Familiarity with CBSE pattern, competency-based questions, and NEP 2020 will be an advantage.Desired Skills:Strong classroom management and communication skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented academic environment.Tech-friendly and willing to adapt to innovative teaching methods.
