Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at NPT Tanishq Hydro Engineers. The role involves promoting and selling Rock Breakers to potential customers, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company's growth in the construction equipment industry.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and approach potential clients in the construction, demolition, and related industries.Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.Sales and Promotion:Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of Rock Breakers to prospective customers.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Provide after-sales support and address customer queries promptly.Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.Provide feedback and insights to the management team for strategy improvement.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in field sales, preferably in construction equipment or related industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
