Dietitian / Nutritionist TamarindHealth is a purpose driven organization and our purpose is to democratize healthcare and enhance access to quality healthcare across rural India. To enable this purpose, we want to provide holistic solutions to managing diabetes. Our organization is in need of a full-time Dietitian RESPOSIBILITIES Provide dietary services in accordance with company guidelines, state and central government laws and regulations Develop nutrition plans and implement interventions based on knowledge of the patient's current health. Prescribe diet according to their requirement considering their eating habits, likes and dislikes, and lifestyle. Evaluating strengths and weaknesses of clients, considering their medical conditions, recording the progression through program stages, and recommending/ implementing protocol or program changes as required. Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly assessments of clients and adapt nutrition plans as needed Implement personalized, age-specific and culturally appropriate nutrition strategies Deliver client nutrition recommendations to physicians, nurses and aides Provide nutrition education and counseling for patients Monitoring dietary intake of the clients for the smooth functioning of their program. Managing/ Moderating group coaching on video calls, audio call, chat groups by motivating clients towards fitness. Converting free trial clients to premium clients and also client retentionQualifications: At least two years of related experience Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field with a special focus on diabetes management 1 year of experience in private practice, hospital or online consulting preferred, freshers can also apply Excellent interpersonal skills Experience with data entry and data analysis Strong problem solving, project management and organization skills Must be a Registered Dietitian Tech and internet savvy

Our organization is in need of a full-time optometrist to perform eye tests and provide excellent eye care to our patientsKey Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye and vision tests Diagnose defects of the eye, such as myopia, astigmatism and glaucoma Provide personalized temporary and permanent solutions to sight issues based on each patients specific case and medical history Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide diabetologists with advice on ocular health and remediation plans Advise patients on proper eye care techniques Keep updated and accurate medical records for all patients Book next appointments in cases where re-examination is required Train patients on how to use and maintain their contact lenses Refer eye doctors and ophthalmologists when patients need to undergo a surgery or in cases of severe eye injuries Train other associates the use of equipment and patient managementRequirements and skills Work experience as an Optometrist In-depth understanding of eye conditions and vision defects Hands-on experience with eye examination tools, such as ophthalmoscope and tonometer The ability to explain medical terms simply and calmly Attention to detail Degree in Optometry
