Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential target companies that align with TalentBliz's service offerings and have a need for talent management and HR solutions. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach.2. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers. New Empanelment: Work closely with the Business Development team to drive the new empanelment process.
