Job Title:Android AOSP Developer Peripheral Integration (Custom Android Box)Overview:We're building a custom Android application for Android AOSP-based boxes (non-touch) that integrates with the following peripherals like Thermal Printer (USB/Bluetooth), Barcode Scanner (USB/HID), Fingerprint Scanner (via SDK), USB Camera (UVC), NFC Reader (USB/Serial), Smart Card Reader (EMV/CCID) etc.Responsibilities:Develop a kiosk-style Android app for custom AOSP devices (Rockchip, Amlogic, etc.)Integrate peripherals using USB, OTG, or Bluetooth with vendor SDKs.Handle device permissions, communication protocols (USB host, Serial, HID).Build and test UI optimized for non-touch interfaces (TV box/remote navigation).Implement auto-start, background services, and secure interaction flows.Requirements:2 years in Android development (Kotlin/Java)Experience with AOSP-based hardware or Android TV BoxesProficient in USB/Bluetooth/Serial communicationExperience integrating fingerprint, printer, camera, and card reader SDKsFamiliar with Camera2 API, ESC/POS, barcode input, NFC protocolsBonus: JNI/native integration, kiosk mode, Aadhaar device integration, Android system apps/root accessIf interested kindly revert back with below details on mail id chetana,dixit@synoris,co,in[1.
