Job Summary:The Girls Hostel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for all residents. The role includes managing staff, maintaining discipline, handling administrative duties, and addressing resident concerns.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all hostel operations and facilitiesEnsure safety, security, and well-being of all residentsEnforce hostel rules, regulations, and disciplineMaintain attendance and visitor recordsHandle complaints, conflicts, and emergency situations effectivelyCoordinate with maintenance staff for cleanliness and repairsManage hostel inventory and suppliesOversee food quality and hygiene (if mess facility is available)Maintain proper documentation and reportsAct as a point of contact between residents, parents, and management
